Plot:

Hiroshi (Tetsuya Watari) is the second officer on board the Hakuromaru. Lead by his captain, he heads out on town to recruit new crew members for their next voyage. Hiroshi is baffled when his captain approaches the Daigo-Kuroshiomaru crew, a notorious group nicknamed "the hoodlums of the sea." Their offers are greeted with scoffs and they're quickly turned down. This is how Hiroshi first met the captain of the hoodlum crew, Shinsaku (Yujiro Ishihara).
